"I booked Morano's limousine to pick up our daughter who was traveling alone from JFK airport. Her flight was scheduled to land at 8:00 and we wanted a safe way for her to travel back to CT since we were also away. From the first contact with the woman booking the request to the actual pick up at the airport it was helpful and professional. Her flight was delayed for over an hour and as we were told if this happened just call the company. They instructed her to contact them once she knew when her flight was leaving. They adjusted the pick up time and the driver was waiting for her upon arrival. He then drove her to the doorstep and even waited to be sure she got in safely.
